Seems summer is coming to an end. We didn't get to do a whole lot these past few weeks. I worked a couple weekends and the ones in between we were gone. We finally got Reese's slide set up a couple weeks ago and he got to spend a couple days playing on it. Three weekends ago we went up to Bend for the JW Tradition. We didn't stay at the tournament very long, as being quiet is not Reese's thing right now. We did get together with one of David's college friends and got to do some shopping.

Last weekend we went to Albany to see our new nephew Conner. David's sister had him on Thursday night. We were only able to see them in the hospital for a short while, but they got to go home while we were there. The security in the hospital there is crazy; Reese could not go in and patients could only have 3 visitors at a time. Both of them are doing well, so I guess that is what's important.

Reese had his 15 month doctor appointment last week, & we were warned that trouble is coming in the next couple months. Unfortunately, I think we have already discovered that. He has decided that it is really fun to spit his food out, or just throw it across the room. And naps are optional to him right now; he would much rather play in his room than close his eyes for a while. He now has 7 teeth. He's always got his hands in his mouth, so I would guess more are on the way. He is very into Spongebob right now. One of the words that he says that you can actually understand is Bob.

Figured I better update the blog today since it is Grandparent's Day, and I know Reese's grandparents wait for pictures of him. I'm not very good at keeping up with this, just hard to find time. We have a video from a month or so ago of Reese dancing that I was going to post, but I can't find it. David always gets stuff off the camera & camcorder on the laptop, then he forgets to transfer it to our desktop computer. Guess that's what I get for marrying a computer guy.
